What is the best NFC business card for a company?
For a company, the card itself matters less than who controls the profiles behind it. Look for a platform where the company owns branding, can lock fields so details stay consistent, can switch a card off when someone leaves, and sees every lead in one place. Can our logo and colours appear on every employee's digital card?
Yes. Upload the logo once in the Design Studio and pick a header colour and a card colour. Both are applied to every employee's public profile automatically, replacing the Smart Cards branding, and employees cannot change the theme or header.
How do we add many employees at once?
Paste a comma-separated list of card IDs or email addresses into Add Members. Each employee receives a join request and their profile joins the organization once they accept, so nobody is enrolled without consent.
Can we stop employees from changing their title or company name?
Yes. Team locks let you choose which fields a team cannot edit: designation, company name, address, name, WhatsApp, email, profile photo, websites, social links and the product catalogue.
What happens to a card when an employee leaves?
Suspend the card from the Profile Manager and anyone who taps it sees a suspended notice instead of the old contact details. Or remove the employee from the organization and they keep their standalone personal profile without your branding.
Do we see the leads our sales team collects?
Yes. When a prospect taps Exchange Contact on any employee's card, their name, phone and email land in the organization's Leads page with the employee and team who captured them. Filter by team or employee and export selected leads as a CSV.
Does the person receiving the card need an app?
No. Modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC natively, and every card also carries a QR code. The profile opens in the phone's browser and Save Contact adds it to their address book.
How much do corporate NFC business cards cost?
Each printed NFC card is a one-time purchase on PrintOnline.ae and includes its digital profile. The organization portal that manages all employees costs AED 50 per month per organization, or AED 500 per year, regardless of team size.
